Join us as we remember and celebrate the Incarnation through readings and music. The succession of Lessons and Carols' scripture readings started forming in the late 1800s, but the service itself was formalized in 1918 after WWI to help the people heal by remembering, "the wonders of His love" (Isaac Watts, Joy to the World). At St. Andrew's, we'll open with the traditional hymn sung annually at King's College, "Once in Royal David's City," and the story will unfold with nine scripture readings with a unique combination of music: choirs, strings, brass, soloists (children and adults!), and congregational singing.

St. Andrews is a parish of the Diocese of Christ Our Hope in the Anglican Church in North America
